Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom items are non-returnable unless defective
  • Stock items may be returned within 14 days in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

Craft Signs Policies

Custom Orders

  • Order Processing Time: Custom craft signs require 5-7 business days for completion
  • Design Approval: All custom designs must be approved by customer before production begins
  • Changes: Design changes after approval may result in additional fees and extended processing time
  • Rush Orders: Available for an additional 25% fee with 2-3 business day turnaround

Materials & Quality

  • All signs are made with premium materials suitable for indoor/outdoor use
  • We guarantee our craftsmanship for 1 year against defects
  • Color variations may occur due to monitor settings and material properties

Craft Party Policies

Booking & Scheduling

  • Advance Notice: Craft parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance
  • Party Size: Minimum 6 participants, maximum 20 participants
  • Duration: Standard parties are 2-3 hours depending on project complexity
  • Deposit: 50% deposit required to secure booking, balance due day of party

Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ Hours: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
  • Less than 24 Hours: 50% refund
  • Day of Event: No refund (deposit forfeited)
  • Weather: Outdoor parties cancelled due to weather receive full rescheduling

Party Guidelines

  • Host provides venue, tables, and chairs
  • We provide all craft supplies and instruction
  • Food and beverages are host's responsibility
  • Children under 12 must have adult supervision (1 adult per 3 children)

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and PayPal
  • Custom orders require 50% deposit, balance due upon completion
  • Returned checks incur a $35 fee

Shipping & Pickup

  • Local Delivery: Available within 15 miles for $10 fee
  • Shipping: Calculated based on size and destination
  • Pickup: Available by appointment at our studio

 

Liability

  • Participants in craft parties assume responsibility for their own safety
  • Love At First Craft is not liable for injuries during craft activities
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times
